aloha~ didn't blogged about cosmetics for quite some time...
i'm finally back with a couple of new stuffs ^^
went to the city center today and got my hands on some cosmetics...
this is more like a first impression post more than a review =))
so the first thing is lancome's latest foundation -Teint Idole Ultra 24H
this foundation comes in 18 shades and from what i read from their facebook page, ,many of them are happy with their matches as most people couldn't find the right foundation that matches their skin tone...
i didn't buy it lar...but they were giving out free samples so who doesn't like free gifts right? haha
the promoters at my boots were really nice...she patiently match the best shade for me+ hard selling the foundation lar...although obviously i don't look like i'm going to buy..XD
aiyo..it's not that i m that cheapskate lar but i still love my chanel vitalumiere aqua and i still have another unopened bottle of it ma...
enough of my bullshitting XD

the foundation is said to give you a flawless and matte finish without the need of face powder...
the promoter tried it on me lar...the texture is actually really light...
i would say it's even lighter than my chanel's vitalumiere aqua (CVA) which is known to be light...
the coverage i believe it's more or less similiar to CVA...
then about staying power, i would have to try it first before i could say anything..
but first impression is quite ok lar...at least it's quite matte, good for ppl with oilier skin like me TT

which i checked on the net it's the lightest shade o.0
i didn't know i became that light after coming to UK..

the next thing is something i bought lar...
it's the urban decay de-slick setting spray...
heard quite a lot of good reviews about the urban decay setting spray..
have been wanting to try it but UD is known to be quite pricey...
but i just decided to just splurge lar...since i want it so badly...=)
basically it's a setting spray that keeps your make up from bulging...
if i hv not mistaken, there're 3 types of setting spray from UD...
mine is for oilier skin...
can see from the things i buy, i like matte matte matte!
i will never go for anything that gives a dewy look..coz i don't need those to look "dewy"..
i will just look oily ==
and last but not least...
is a concealer i bought a month ago but did not blogged about it~
bobbi brown's correction stick~
it says that this concealer will not only conceal your blemishes but also treats them...
it does conceal some of my less obvious blemishes but i don't really thinks it treats them..
it makes my hyper pigmentation spots caused by acne scars less obvious but not 100% covered lor...
but i know only super heavy duty coverage concealer can do that but it will clog your pores at the same time...
so not going to complain since it's still better than most of the concealers that i've tried...
my shade for this concealer is #0-porcelain
