2015's Resolutions

It's the time of the year again to write about our resolutions! 

as usual, it's not about the quantity but actually achieving it

what's the point of writing hundreds of resolutions but achieves none? 

okay.... straight into my resolutions :

1. lose more weight! this is like my yearly resolutions without fail =) hope that i don't have to put this again next year.... 2013 was good but not much improvement in 2014..so 2015 i better lose the pounds!

2. work hard and smart for my career! it used to br about school but now it's finally about work..hopefully i'll get better in my work and get to go to germany for projects hahahaha save up more too!

3. appreciate my love ones more! it still feels a bit surreal having a boyfriend and i  will learn to not only love him more but also to love my family and friends =)

4. be a better person! smile more! be more outgoing and friendlier to people and most importantly be more positive and do not dwell in the past...have more faith in life and learn to have more trust

5. oh! must not forget..pass my DELF exam hahahaha

I think that's all...any longer i don't think i'll be able to do it....so yea.... 5 important ones! 

A Whole New Journey

Been writing on Dayre more often lately cause it's just much more convenient than writing a full blogpost...

If you've been stalking me (i'm just joking) , you should know that I've recently just started a new job...

starting in a whole new environment again but when you're young you just have to do what you want and what you think you should #YOLO ma! 

it's my 2nd day today and I would say so far so good...

just that I have to wake up an hour earlier and it's much further away from home...

going there in the morning is fine..but coming back == my god! the jam ah....

anyways, hoping for the best and hopefully that I would be able to find passion in this job as I've made this choice to come here and it's my own choice to pursue CAE 

it might be hard but i will try my best to work for it! 

oh! and i'm back to the environment where the majority are guys... school days reminisce 

been slacking a lot lately...getting my ass back to the gym! 

and i really need to lose those fats yo! 

then i realized that I have nothing much to blog about...

will blog after this sat since I will be going on a trip with my company =) 

hopefully it won't get awkward hahahaha 

i don't care! I just want to end it with my selfie hahahah

Well, I guess going to Genting for a day trip still considers as traveling right? hahaha

Fact: The last I was there was 6 years ago with the S1 buds 

sounds crazy but I just don't see the reason of going there since I don't gamble, the theme park is a bore which makes it worse since it's closed now but looking forward for the new upcoming 20th century fox theme park =D 

Okay...

so the reason that i went to Genting this time is to watch the TVB star Awards 2014 

got free tickets thanks to astro but no thanks for the need to make a trip up to genting...hahaha

i remembered that the year before was held in Sunway Pyramid but their scale has gone up a lot since last year and I guess sunway isnt sufficient anymore since now it's broadcasted live in multiple countries and it's sort of a huge event for TVB 

Went there with chris,jean and kev. Thanks Kev for driving us up there but really, don't have to "der piao " one...

if i'm pregnant my baby sure get jerked out during the ride LOL 

Anyways, got there around 4-ish then went into the genting casino for the first time in  my life...

No idea how to gamble..very intrigued but didn't play any bets =P 

walked around first world shopping area and the girls went on a cosmetic shopping spree.. me on the other hand, eye gatal went for the brow trimming service hhaha

since my eye brows were all untamed and unruly might as well right? 

Didn't take much pictures since it was just genting but who could forget ootds?

didn't really take any pics since I don't have zoom lens which is makes my camera pretty useless at these kind of events LOL 

but the whole ceremony was quite eventful la...

liked the performances and ah BOB and sai sai lap is just too entertaining...

too funny la...especially when they were being guok bo and vivien =P 

Andy Lau's appearance also surprised us! 

walau...first time seeing this superstar live woots! worth coming liao hahahhaha

liked the performances of the singers especially the unplugged performance! 

anyways...

congratz to charmaine she and roger kwok for winning the biggest award of the night! 

we quickly left right after they announced the last prize so we don't jam ourselves out...

super misty lor the whole genting..couldnt even see the road  in front..kinda scary driving down like that but luckily we made it home in one piece =D

话说最近感觉发生很多事又感觉没发生很多事 

太多事还在有待观察中

太多的未知数

希望一切都可以如愿吧

事业和爱情也如此 =D 

祝我好运吧

take everything with a pinch of salt 尤其是感情的事 

很多事情就算sealed the deal也未必是确实的

经验就是这样告诉我的

所以还没结帐之前都不要抱太多希望

时间和相处会证明一切的 

不想再玩爱情游戏了

Went to Singapore for a very very short trip just because of the cheap hotel room at Ritz Carlton 

Family went there a day earlier because this poor girl here has to work =(

Was home alone that friday night...haven't been alone alone since 2 years ago in the UK and it feels kinda weird to be THAT alone which isn't a bad thing...

anyways...

got up crazy early as it was a morning flight *yawn* 

 typical airplane shot hahahahha 

 a glimpse of the singapore flyer from the hotel room 

 me being a jakun =P 

 why so happy? coz i'm alone in the hotel room hahahaha... everybody went out when i arrived =( 

have to selfie waddd..alone in a nice hotel room =P

parents finally came back so we headed out to Haji lane for late lunch 

 papa and mama 

 quite a nice place for pictures 

 first try on this very popular korean dessert,...honeycomb with ice cream 

it was okayy..nothing to shout about 

 one of the cafes...shop wonderland..wanted to dine there but it was packed with people! =( so we ended up at stateland..which was recommended by bloggers but it was mehhhh 

 my waffles...food were mediocre but the prices were *pain* 

 some of the walls of the shops there 

met up with jeyee they all for dinner at this german hawker at queenstown 

 price was quite reasonable and food was good =) 

 us having dessert at mun gei...was really meh too =( 

but thanks to jeyee and herng yau for the treat =)))) 

it's really nice meeting you guys...so hard to see you guys since all of you are in singapore =( 

 nxt morning with mama =))) 

 bought this maxi dress from haji lane the day before 

 with my godmama =) 

 had japanese buffet at somerset..price was quite reasonable..even after converting 

walked around orchard road alone after that ...

 managed to find laduree =)))) but good heavens..it was crazy expensive =O 

you don't even want to know how much and i better not tell 

da bombs! 

that pretty much sums up my very uneventful singapore trip hahahahha...toodles~ 

Awanmulan @ Negeri Sembilan

Haven't been blogging much lately since I'm too lazy to do any beauty posts and traveling posts seems to be the only thing i blog about now so I guess I shouldn't pass up blogging about my short getaway to Awanmulan last week ~ 

Never heard of this place before until Stan mentioned and thanks for inviting me to join you guys on this trip =) 

jio-ed my couz to join us, used my replacement leave and off we went on this 2D1N getaway~ 

we started our trip by having the famous OUG pork noodles near my house...

no picture la...so near my house take for wad == 

after breakfast we continued our journey and stopped for cendol~ 

I realized that is either I am too lazy to take food pics or I m just gluttony that i just eat without thinking hahahaha 

one last stop before we head to our villa at awanmulan was siew paus~ 

bought siew paus and egg tarts before entering the world of non-civilization...okay..i'm just exaggerating..it's really just world of no internet la hhahaha 

Finally after all the winding roads, we've finally reached awanmulan =D 

Greeted by the manager there, she brought us around all the villas and explained to us what's what and told us the most mortifying news, the internet is not working hahahahaha 

*first world problem* 

people must be thinking, the main purpose of a getaway is to getaway from social medias and ur electronic stuff but then we people rely on them too much, it's kinda hard to detach from them =(

 then on the way back to kl, we've stopped by this lover's bridge ...more like collapsed bridge == 

 chilled at morib for awhile until the rain subside...

had really nice seafood for dinner then head back to KL~ 

it was really nice to get to know you guys and though it was a short trip, it's definitely a memorable one =) 

going to sg this coming sat...not even sure if i will have things to blog about or not hahahah
